MAVIO is a product of SkillForge Technologies. We provide transparent and accessible mechanisms for users to request account deletion and the permanent erasure of their personal data and transit tracking records.
How to request account deletion
Contact your Organization or Email Support
Because student and driver accounts are managed in partnership with registered educational institutions or corporate transit fleets, you may request deletion via your institutional administrator or by sending an email directly to support@skillforgetechnology.app.
Identity Verification
To protect your account against unauthorized deletion requests, our support team or your organization administrator will verify your registered identifiers (Roll Number, Organization Code, or Email).
Permanent Data Purge
Once identity is confirmed, your user profile, authentication credentials, and all historical location telemetry records are permanently wiped within 48 hours.
Data Deletion Summary
Your Name, Roll Number, Phone Number, Date of Birth, and Session Tokens are immediately deleted.
All historical GPS points, route assignments, and driver log histories are permanently destroyed.
Zero personal data is preserved on active production databases once deletion is confirmed.
